We have halted construction of the condominium villa building(s) for a host of reasons. However, we are in the final design stages of a new and exciting golf villa product that will soon begin to emerge on the site of the old clubhouse\pool. We anticipate the new product will prove much more amenable and pleasing to the targeted demographic and not as cumbersome to the Golf Course. Once the design of this new product is completed it will be posted on the Realty portion of our website. Our present schedule anticipates delivery of the first of these units in the late Summer, early Fall of 2007.
